Our Home Design Services

We set up a meeting with you to consult and find out your ideas. What square footage are you thinking? Do you have a particular style in mind? We tell you what is feasible and what isn’t, and then draw up the plans and send them to you. You give us feedback and we do any edits you ask. Once you sign off on the plans, we start the estimate for the build

Construction Consulting

We are available to consult with customers on their construction plans. We draw up plans and sell them to you, if you wish to go with an alternate builder. Also, we can work on site, consulting with you to make sure the builder is following the plans correctly.

Remodeling & Additions

If you have an existing house, we offer consulting on remodeling and add-ons. We can draw up plans for you and then follow through with the work. From concept to finish, we will give your old home a new feel.
